conveniently located in the center of Abingdon’s Historic District.

Accommodations:
Guests enjoy comfort, relaxation including a generous gourmet
breakfast. Summerfield Inn offers seven bright, spacious guestrooms
with in-room modern baths, whirlpool tubs, showers and queen and king
size beds. All guest rooms are individually decorated with antiques or
reproduction and have sitting areas with desks. The adjacent Carriage
House offers three ground level guestrooms. Amenities include fine
linens, bathrobes, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The Rose room
features a two-person whirlpool and walk-in shower. All guest rooms
have individual heat and air conditioning control. High-speed wireless
Internet is provided. Packages and Specials include Virginia Creeper Trail arrangements, and seasonal specials.
Breakfast:
A generous gourmet breakfast is served in the formal dining room
and sunroom. Breakfast includes seasonal fresh fruit, orange and
cranberry juice and hot entrée served with homemade scones, biscuits
or muffins with bacon, ham or sausage. Favorite guest entrees are
orange pecan French toast, apple quiche, oatmeal pancakes and omelets.
Freshly brewed coffee and English tea is served.
